How much do you pay for my items?

We pay you 50% of what your item sells for.  There are no other service fees.  As soon as something sells, your money is put aside for you to be picked up in cash any time during store hours.

How often can I check my account or pick up my money?

You can check on your account over the phone, or in person in the shop. Money is paid out in cash at any time during store hours.

How long will my items be for sale?

The selling period will be determined at the time we accept your items. Different seasons have different selling periods.

Who sets the prices on my items?

The store is responsible for setting all prices, however in the case of designer originals or any other specialty item, we will discuss pricing together.

What happens to my items if they don't sell in the allotted time?

You may come in and pick them up at the end of the selling period if you want them back. Or,if you don't want them back, they will become the property of the shop and are eventually donated to either St. Vincent De Paul or The Community Clothes Closet.

What if I don't want to wash, iron, and hang my items, but I think they are good enough to sell. Will you still take them?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to look through unprepared bags or boxes of clothes. We recommend that you donate them to your favorite charity such as Saint Vincent de Paul or the Community Clothes Closet. Just give them a call to see where you need to deliver them.

Can you sell my wedding attire?

We do consider current styles of Mother-of-the-Bride dresses year-round and formal dresses during Homecoming, Holiday and Prom time. Unfortunately we do not have the room or services available to take Wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses.

Do you sell uniforms?

We do carry current styles of Boy Scout and Girl Scout uniforms as well as school uniforms. However, we do not resell adult uniforms such as medical uniforms, smocks, etc.
